Garlic cakes made from liquid dough are baked like pancakes

 Such a simple delicacy!

Bake in a pan simple, but very tasty cakes with pockets! They resemble a very aromatic pita, with greens and garlic. And they are baked as easily as pancakes! And there is no need to mix anything - the dough for the cakes is thin.

Garlic cakes made from liquid dough are baked like pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of flour;
  • 1 tsp. salt;
  • any greens (dill, cilantro, parsley, mint to choose from);
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tsp. favorite spices;
  • 200 ml of water;
  • 1 tsp butter

Preparation:

Mix flour and salt in a bowl, chop some greens to taste, be sure to rub the garlic on a fine grater, add your favorite spices. Pour water and butter, mix. It will turn out a liquid dough - that's how it should be.

Add a little oil to the pan, pour the dough. Bake on low heat for a couple of minutes on each side.

Turn over and slightly flatten the cake with a spatula.

This will help it to level out and "puff up". Turn over and bake for 1-2 minutes on each side until the cake puffs up.

Ready-made cakes can be eaten just like that, with butter, or you can cut them and put the filling in a pocket!
