Tasty, airy, hearty - with a crispy crust - these fritters will surprise you, because they are prepared without flour at all! You will be able to fry a whole mountain of goodies for breakfast very quickly.

Airy, hearty, crispy fritters without flour

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 2 Art. l. sugar;
  • 250 ml of kefir;
  • 250 gr. semolina;
  • 1 tsp sodi;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Preparation:

Mix egg, salt, sugar, kefir. Pour semolina, leave for half an hour under the film. Then add soda, mix again and fry.

Pour a little oil, spread the dough with a spoon or through a pastry bag. Pancakes are fried quickly.

They come out very lush, with a crispy crust, but soft and airy inside!
